Who are we?
The British Embassy in Ankara is part of a worldwide network representing British political, economic and consular interests overseas and is looking for a Corporate Services Assistant to support its core business of the Corporate Service (CS) team members in managing their daily workload and act as a backup officer of the Finance, Government Relations and Customs Officers, and the Receptionist when required.
Under the supervision of the Deputy Corporate Services Manager, the Corporate Services Assistant will be responsible for performing routine duties, such as drafting and sending correspondence, providing customers with information, maintaining office files, and managing schedules.

This is a full-time permanent contract for 5 working days (36 hours and 15 minutes net) per week. Normal working hours are from Monday to Friday and from 08:45 to 17:00 but flexible depending on operational needs on the ground.
The monthly salary for this position is $1,786.00 USD gross, paid in 12 instalments, AA level. Please note that staff members are responsible for paying any income tax required by local law.
